As a Growth Associate Manager/Manager, your primary focus is on answering the question, 'How can we attract more users?' You will be an integral part of the XREX team, working closely with our talented minds to brainstorm and implement innovative experiments that lead to a scalable and repeatable growth strategy. Your role involves utilizing data analysis tools, conducting market research, and collaborating with various teams to optimize the user onboarding journey. In addition, you will be responsible for managing CRM campaigns, refining the User Referral program, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Drive Growth

  • Collaborate with the XREX team to brainstorm and execute creative experiments that generate a direct impact, fostering a scalable and repeatable growth loop
  • Analyze user behavior, track growth metrics, and identify growth opportunities using analytical tools and techniques
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and emerging trends

Growth Program Management

  • Develop and monitor metrics and success criteria for all marketing and growth initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, customer success, and research, to enhance the user onboarding journey
  • Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience (UX) improvements to boost conversion rates and growth metrics

Marketing Automation

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing automation channels, such as email marketing, notifications, and SMS
  • Continuously optimize retention rates based on data insights

User Referral Program

  • Design, test, and optimize the User Referral Program

Stay Informed and Innovate

  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, growth hacking techniques, and emerging technologies
  • Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in growth management
  • Exceptional logical thinking abilities and a keen sense of data
  • Self-learner, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in blockchain or finance
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Metabase, Intercom, and AppsFlyer
  • Bonus: In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain
