We’re hiring for an experienced Director of Product Management. The exact mix of other skills does not matter, so long as your tool chest includes a mix of abilities.Be willing to attack anything that comes your way, learn on the fly and get things done.

Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Ensure that the product's direction aligns with the company's overall goals and market needs
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's future development, features, and enhancements
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain strong communication with CXOs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Team Leadership: Lead product managers, product owners, and other team members involved in product development. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help the product management team succeed
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, across the portfolio to optimize product development and delivery
- Process Improvement: Identify areas within the product development process that need improvement and optimization
- Product Development: Involve closely with product management, engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the product is developed according to specifications and delivered on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology or business related field
- 10+ years of experience in internet/ software product management
- 5+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing product managers
- 2+ years of experience in directly working with CXOs and senior leadership
- 2+ years of experience in one of the following product areas: Trading, Payment, FX, Wallet, and CEX/DEX, etc
- Advanced English fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in startups or zero-to-one/ pivot processes
- 2+ years of experience in building international products
