1. Develop innovative sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging social media platforms, to attract global candidates for our diverse range of job openings.
2. Take the lead in managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates.
3. Play an active role in diversity recruiting events, utilizing creative methods and platforms to attract a diverse pool of talent.
4. Own the onboarding and new hire process, ensuring that new team members feel welcomed, supported, and prepared to contribute from day one.
5. Collaborate with the team to design and implement engaging employee activities and HR projects that foster a positive work culture.
6. Take on additional tasks and reports as assigned by the management team, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.


1. Proven experience in successfully sourcing and identifying candidates through social media platforms and other innovative channels (e.g., 104, Facebook, LinkedIn, Cakeresume, etc.).
2. Strong background in recruiting for software engineering-related functions is highly desirable, including expertise in backend, frontend, and software development in test roles.
3. Willingness and ability to adapt and recruit for various positions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and agility in your approach.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
5. A team player mindset, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
6. Proactive and enthusiastic learner, always seeking ways to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
