Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Operations / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong executor with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage operational workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality. You are comfortable getting your hands dirty when needed and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive project execution by tracking milestones, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Proactively step in to fill resource gaps when needed, ensuring continuity and progress

  • Summarize and communicate key discussion points and decisions during meetings in a clear and timely manner

  • Systematically write and maintain internal documentation, including operation SOPs, workflows, and access control logic

  • Assist in day-to-day operations and improve internal processes for efficiency

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of PRD (Product Requirements Document) templates (optional)

  • Familiar with enterprise internal operation systems, either from a design or user perspective

  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, compliance, and other teams to align execution with goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles

  • Strong coordination and execution skills, with attention to detail and follow-through

  • Business-level English (reading and writing); capable of drafting meeting notes, summaries, and internal documentation

  • Structured thinking and strong writing skills in organizing operational documents

  • Solid understanding of roles and responsibilities (R&R) and permission logic

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or payment-related industries

  • Previous experience managing software development projects
