We are looking for a Director of People Experience to design and execute best-in-class people strategies, processes, and systems for our rapidly growing company. You will oversee the entire People Lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Improve and evolve our culture
- Based on our culture, build processes and systems to attract, retain, and develop high performers
- Oversee the entire people function, including learning and development, compensation, leveling, recruiting, and manager training
- Design and implement an OKR-based approach to performance management
- Make data-driven improvements to the entire employee lifecycle
Requirements:
- Have 5+ years experience in People Experience or HR
- Love helping people advance their careers
- Are highly process-driven
- Are very hands-on with HR operations
- Have a growth mindset, are flexible, and can adapt
- Are an excellent communicator
Good to Have:
- Experience scaling high performing teams at high-growth startups
- Love data and analytics
