We are looking for a Director of People Experience to design and execute best-in-class people strategies, processes, and systems for our rapidly growing company. You will oversee the entire People Lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve and evolve our culture
  • Based on our culture, build processes and systems to attract, retain, and develop high performers
  • Oversee the entire people function, including learning and development, compensation, leveling, recruiting, and manager training
  • Design and implement an OKR-based approach to performance management
  • Make data-driven improvements to the entire employee lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Have 5+ years experience in People Experience or HR
  • Love helping people advance their careers
  • Are highly process-driven
  • Are very hands-on with HR operations
  • Have a growth mindset, are flexible, and can adapt
  • Are an excellent communicator

Good to Have:

  • Experience scaling high performing teams at high-growth startups
  • Love data and analytics
